Returns & Exchanges
At Planet Missy, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
